They say that if something isn’t broke, don’t fix it. Take grocery store spice blends, for example. They’re just good enough. Not special, not wow-inducing, and usually a bit on the flavorless side. They’re just kind of…there. Just like a tomato bought from a store can never compare to the tangy, fresh flavor of a locally grown farmer’s market tomato, a store-bought spice blend can be good, but only a spice blend utilizing the freshest ingredients for the deepest flavors can be great.

At RawSpiceBar, we believe that no one should settle for bland food or a so-so mealtime routine. A Creole blend should have the sounds of Bourbon Street ringing in your ears. A Greek blend should transport you to the sun-drenched vineyards of the Mediterranean. When “good enough” spice blends didn’t achieve this, we knew something had to change.

So, we went to work.

We set out to discover the freshest, most vibrant ingredients in the world to create spice blends that unlocked a world of flavor. After months of searching, blending, and taste testing, we created several small-batch spice blends by hand that took our favorite meals to a whole new level of flavor.

We couldn’t wait to tell everyone.
